All orders made on our website are done through EVRI and should be sent within 7 working days.

Our shipping rates starts at £3.00 and free delivery for orders over £50.

Please note this is a small business managed by one person. I make sure the orders are done as quick as I can and in most cases are done and sent out within 7 days. Please be aware that I am doing this alone and can only do so much at once. Thank you <3

All returns must be reported within 3 days after you have received it. You must email us at akoredesport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning.

We offer refunds for faulty items- stains, holes, etc- photo evidence must be provided for this for a refund to move forward.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds at the moment for items that do not fit as a temporary policy, we have a available size guide for every item and our team can help you pick a size that should suit you. If your item does not fit, we can offer you an exchange if the item is still in stock and we have it available.

When an order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number where you can externally track your order.

If you have not received your order and concerned where it is, please email us akoredesport@gmail.com we will respond to your email within 24 hours.

If your order has gone missing after we have sent it to EVRI, you must visit EVRI’s website and make a complaint and ticket with them.

Our advice:

Our hoodies are a regular fit but not so baggy on the arms, if you would like an oversized fit on your hoodie then size up.

Our crop tops are loose fitting to help give a comfortable fit. They are not oversized and I would recommend go with your usual size.

Our tank tops are tight fitting but do stretch, I would also recommend to go with your usual size.

We use heat transfer to print our designs onto your products.

We recommend you do not tumble dry on high heat and wash inside out to avoid the design fading away.

Do not iron over the design directly, if you must iron over it you must use heat proof paper to prevent melting.
